DOCKAGE
We have 40 docks
that are for rent on a seasonal basis. They range in size from 20’, 30’, and
40’. We have a 60’ dock that can be used for transient service, but is not
available to rent for the season. We have 6 permanently covered slips that are
30’ long. Normal depth at our docks is around 6’ and graduating to around 15’
in the rear basin. Our docks are located directly behind our storage/work
buildings and are monitored on a daily basis. Dockage contracts are normally
sent out in February and the previous tenants have first rights at returning.
Usually all commitments are made by April 15th but you never know
from season to season. Regardless of the date drop us a line for pricing and
availability. We will be happy to discuss different options with you.

INSIDE/OUTSIDE STORAGE
Anchor Marine Ltd, as management agent and the Erie
Western Pennsylvania Port Authority, are pleased to offer inside and outside winter
storage. Our storage buildings are combination block and/or steel, with a dry
sprinkler system for fire protection and a building perimeter security system,
both are monitored by ADT security systems. We are pleased to offer our
complete services to Erie’s boating public.

10,000 square feet outside storage.
3. Travel Lift
mobile hoist capable of lifting 18,000lbs.
4. 40 ton fixed
elevator lift system for boats up to 55LOA and 16wide.
5. Average around
70 boats for inside storage.
We do not handle our business as seasonal, which sets us apart from the rest. We are open all year long. We use the winter months to service/upgrade most of our inside storage boats. This is a service that many of our customers have come to appreciate. By doing this, we can perform all the normal services required annually and perform some major restoration and repairs prior to first launch in the spring.
